Cell phone: a new Entertainment Device for all

  Video games. No no. Handy radio sets. No no. Wireless phones. No no. Cameras. No no. Why would anybody keep so many gadgets if all these options are available in one gadget. All in one. Thats what a cell phone is. No matter what you want to do- play a game, listen to music or talk to somebody- all you need to have is a cell phone.
In a matter of time, cell phones have graduated from being only a phone to an entertainment device for all. Its not long ago when cell phones were a style statement of the rich and the famous. The known and the well known used to flaunt their position by keeping a cell phone. An ordinary man could not even think of buying a cell phone because he could not 'afford' and 'manage' it then. But the present day scenario is totally different. Leave alone being rich, one does not even require to be near to rich to keep a mobile. Right from a college student to a daily wage earner, everybody keeps a cell phone now. Thanks to the ever developing technology, which has made the use of cell phones very economic, rather cheap.
The maximum number of cell phone users belong to the young crowd. And where the young are involved, things have to be jazzy, techno and cool. So how could the cell phone be left behind? To attract maximum number of people, cell phone companies are always giving a run to each other for their bread. If one adds a new feature to the cell phone, the other is bound to research on that and add a still better feature. If one introduces gaming, the other will introduce multi player gaming. The competition is such.
The result of this competition between the cell phone companies has resulted in hi tech cell phones. Phones with camera, video camera, MP3 player and various games are common. You can shoot pictures of your friends and family, video record functions and occasions, listen to your favorite music, play your favorite game and use the same gadget to make calls also! Pretty amusing. Is'nt it?
