GOOD BOOKS by Barbara Manning -- Arts & Entertainment editor Daily Dispatch.
NEW ON THE SHELF: East London book enthusiasts are about to get a taste of local Irish-born author Linda Lenehan, whose debut novel Cathy’s First Lessons hits the shelves today. A cracking horsey read for younger readers and adults alike. The book will be officially launched on the 23rd March 2005. I thoroughly enjoyed Cathy’s First Lessons. Highly recommended*****
About the Author
Linda Lenehan was born in Southern Ireland and she was educated at the Dominican Convent in Dun Laoghaire.
Apart from her writing, she is an accomplished horsewoman and trainer, scuba diver and enjoys gourmet cooking. She is currently living at the South African coast with two of her children.
